This role will sit primarily in the office.

Responsibilities

Assist in the prequalification of subcontractors and bidders, coordination of assigned subcontract packages, tracking of subcontract activity

  • Procurement of lower value, construction, professional and technical services
  • Change order processing, contractual compliance, invoice review, verification and approval, and performance evaluation
  • Compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with established business ethics and conduct principles related to procurement

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Acquires basic understanding of the assigned business unit clients, projects and functional organizations
  • Acquires basic understanding of the project delivery processes and Federal procurement policies and procedures
  • Acquires basic understanding of federal government contractual compliance requirements
  • Acquires basic understanding of terms and conditions
  • Acquires basic understanding of competitive, sole source procurements
  • Acquires basic understanding of cost and price analysis
  • Good verbal communications and writing skills
  • Communicates effectively with subcontractors, project teams, and support organizations
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software
  • Becomes proficient in procurement systems and tools (i.e. CMiC)

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

For California this ranges from $64,400.00-$88,600.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Colorado this ranges from $58,100.00-$79.900.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
