Master Data Management / Governance – Senior Manager (Consulting) – Location OPEN at EY. EY's Analytics and Data team seeks a Master Data Management Senior Manager focusing on helping clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. The role requires a seasoned professional who can define a master data management design and deliver system implementations, guiding clients through adoption of advanced technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management while managing client relationships and engagement delivery with regular travel to meet client needs.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software for key data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, finance, materials).
- Define and execute analytics and data governance strategy for clients, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks, including policies, data stewardship models, roles, and accountability across the organization.
- Oversee Master Data Management (MDM), metadata management, and data cataloging practices to ensure data consistency, discoverability, and trust.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, protection, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in collaboration with Legal, Security, and Risk teams.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and data stewards to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain stakeholder confidence.
- Design scalable, secure data architectures in collaboration with enterprise architects and IT to support BI and advanced analytics needs.
- Oversee cloud-based data management platforms and technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop) for ingestion, storage, and processing.
- Drive the design and implementation of analytical models, data pipelines, and visualizations to solve business problems and generate actionable insights.
- Leverage advanced analytics and ML techniques (e.g., optimization, forecasting) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Translate business initiatives into prioritized use cases with measurable ROI and manage delivery across multiple domains.
- Develop and champion data literacy programs, training, and change management to embed a data-driven culture across client organizations.
- Communicate analytical findings through dashboards and visualizations tailored to business and technical audiences.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree required (4-year) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or related technical field with prior consulting experience.Minimum 12 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and / or Informatica MDM.ERP implementation experience including full SAP MDG–component implementations; experience leading delivery teams in data governance and data management.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and Azure) and data governance principles.Experience with data privacy / regulatory compliance, data quality, stewardship models, and data catalogs (e.g., Collibra, Alation).Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build trusted client relationships; excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Hands-on experience with cloud and data engineering tools including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake; SQL, Python, R; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms.Willingness to travel internationally to meet client needs and possess a valid driver's license in the US.Ideally, you'll also have

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits. The base salary range for this job in all US locations is $144,000 to $329,100, with higher ranges in NYC Metro, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
