Essential Duties and responsibilities :
- Conduct caregiver interviews, evaluating each candidate on the predetermined criteria
- Maintain Caregiver and Client Database, including their work schedules, performance history, skills, availability, and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, reaching out to ask about preferences and let them know of scheduling changes
- Participate in employee and client appreciation efforts
- Greet Guests and Answer Phones
- Data Entry, Filing, Organizing
- Provide Care As Needed (home health aide training provided)
- Other duties as assigned
This is an inside office job that is based in our Clearwater office on US Hwy 19 near Countryside Mall. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 9am to 3pm with an optional 30min lunch break.
35.5 to 38 hours a week depending on lunch break. Travel during work hours is reimbursed at $0.50 per mile.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Touch Typing and PC literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to drive in Tampa Bay and interact with clients’ pets when visiting clients and caregivers in client home or senior living facility
