A Typical Day for a Food & Beverage Director with Edgewater :

As our Food & Beverage Director you will be responsible for all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, defining a high-level culinary experience throughout our community.

You will be responsible for overall Food & Beverage budget, maintaining and controlling all related expenditure accounts.

You will develop both short-term and long-term financial and operational plans.

  • You will continuously monitor and uphold performance, product quality and service standards to meet our hospitality guidelines.
  • You will plan and coordinate Food & Beverage related events to ensure that there is clear communication and all teams are supported.
  • You will lead the Food & Beverage team with a culture that is supportive and respectful.

Compensation :

Pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 / yr annually, depending upon experience.
