Holland & Hart's growing Real Estate, Construction and Finance Group is seeking an experienced attorney join its team in.

This position can be based in any of our office locations.

Requirements :

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following : commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing;

title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Candidates should display passion for working hard, take initiative in a fast-paced environment with motivated and collegial colleagues, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and diverse culture that supports our firm values ( An excellent academic record is required.

Salary Range (for Colorado positions only) :

Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado) : $185,000 - $230,000.

A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
