Overnight Vehicle Detailer

Your role as a Overnight Coordinator is crucial to the success of our organization. As an Overnight Coordinator, you will be responsible for safely driving electric vehicles between designated sites and charging cars efficiently.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols. Job Title : Overnight Vehicle Detailer Department : EV Operations Reports to : EV Operations Managers & EV Supervisors Pay Rate : $20hr Overtime : $30hr Key Responsibilities : Overnight Coordinators must be able to perform all of the essential functions listed below, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities : Drive electric cars between parking lots and charging stations safely and efficiently. Take vehicles to a drive-thru car wash nightly for drivers Monitor and manage the charging schedules to ensure all vehicles are charged as needed.

Accurately record trip details, including mileage, charging times, and any issues encountered. Check tire pressure of vehicles or any other maintenance that may be needed of Fleet Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays.

Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicles on the outside and inside Follow all traffic laws and company policies during vehicle operation.

Report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or the public.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 3 years of driving experience and be insurable Familiarity with electric vehicles and charging infrastructure is a plus.

Ability to navigate using GPS and other navigation tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Adhere to Company policy prohibiting the use, possession and / or consumption of alcohol and drugs while working and while in possession of Company vehicle.

Must be able to pass a drug, including Marijuana, and alcohol test since Tower EV falls under the jurisdiction of Federal DOT guidelines.

Must be able to pass random drug screens Preferred Qualifications : Experience driving and maintaining electric vehicles.

Knowledge of local charging station locations and EV networks. Technical skills related to EV charging equipment. Working Conditions : The position involves extended periods of driving and sitting.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Compliance Abide by all company policies.

Exercise caution and vigilance to avoid accidents and damages to company property. General Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Ability to read and understand various app interfaces and documents. Be open to feedback and coaching from supervisors and management to improve performance and service quality.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean workspace. Work Schedule Overnight Coordinators are required to have flexible schedule availability to ensure hiring needs are met.

Schedules may be adjusted anytime to meet the needs of the operations but the management will work with you to find a balanced and predictable schedule when possible.

This position is located in Inglewood, CA. 90301. The schedule is overnight from 10 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am, days vary. Communication Channels : The following are the official communication channels at Tower EV : Emails;
