Bruker Nano, one of Bruker’s four operating segments, provides customers in academic and governmental institutions, life science, materials, and applied industries with the tools to determine the characteristics of matter and visualize the structure of molecules.

Divisions within BNANO include Bruker AXS, Bruker Nano Analytics, Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology, Fluorescence Microscopy, and Canopy.

Responsibilities

  • Accept receipt of products and ensure that materials are in good condition
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
  • Operate effectively in our ERP system for goods receipts and to create and process production orders and shipments
  • Maintain all records related to incoming goods
  • Reject unsatisfactory items as required, and assess the need to file claims with carrier
  • Participate in weekly cycle counts, and assist with reconciliation of item variance
  • Kitting raw materials into finished goods using Standard Operating Procedures
  • Process customer orders through the NAV ERP system
  • Verify inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders
  • Physically package all outbound shipments to domestic and international customers
  • Fulfill internal orders of consumable lab supplies and reagents
  • Manage on hand inventory and interact with purchasing to ensure sufficient inventory to meet requirements

  • Interact closely with Finance on all inventory related issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, environmental, safety, and hazardous waste regulations
  • Special project and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse and inventory management experience preferred
  • Working experience in the biotech / life science industry is preferred (GMP experience)
  • Familiarity with an ERP system desired, preferably Microsoft Navision
  • Certification in powered industrial trucks (walkie-stacker, forklift) preferred

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $39,020.

00 and $57,000.00. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.

Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
