Digital Customer

Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life.

Work you’ll do

• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and / or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system.
• Participate in an Agile environment; daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years of Salesforce project development experience
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience with Omniscript, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures and Flex cards
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Experience cloud, and knowledge).
• Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design Systems.
• Experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
• Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE.
• Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client / project travel.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations : Atlanta, GA;

Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Preferred

• Certifications in the following areas Omnistudio Developer, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Admin / App Builder , Certified Platform Developer II
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Project Experience in dealing with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud.
• Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.
