Job Summary
MCGRATH ARLINGTON KIA is seeking an EXPERIENCED, qualified BDC representative to help grow our BDC.
We are looking for a long term, goal oriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position.
This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads into the dealership.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
- Make several outbound calls per day.
- Log all Customer-comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to Customer website-requests.
- Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
- Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
- Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
