Troubleshooting issues with :

- SharePoint Online
ADFS : Ability to script using PowerShell Understanding of Active Directory Design & Implementation O365 :
- Tenant Global Admin experience
- Experience / understanding of Security Features
- Ability to Provision Services
Outlook client Configuration & Troubleshooting Skype : Instant Messaging Flow and troubleshooting Migration Support :
- Issues Tracking
- Documentation
- End User Support
- Participate in Triage meetings
- Participate and contribute to Knowledge sharing
