Document Processor Contractor

KPMG is working through its partnership with Magnit and is currently seeking a remote contractor in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities :
- Handle the logistics of mailing out paper filed business tax returns, which includes packaging and creating corresponding shipping labels
- Obtain and save applicable information of deliverables into internal document management system
- Conduct data entry onto internal trackers
- Re-stock paper and re-fill printers with paper
- Organize supplies and maintain a clean and neat working environment
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities such as, but not limited to, assembling paper filed business tax returns and communicating with the Tax practice
Qualifications :
- Minimum one year of recent experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative work preferred
- Capacity to carry out accurate data-entry and ability to work with various technologies; possess Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or as part of a team, and navigate a highly matrixed organization
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities, be detail oriented with capability to perform all duties timely and meet deadlines
- Capacity to perform physical tasks that may include lifting objects weighing up to 30 pounds and being able to stand for an extended time
- In office required, with availability to work extended hours during busier times

Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.
g. JD, technology), and specific location, for example. Additionally, applicants may be required to apply and become employed by a service provider utilized by KPMG, and final pay rate(s) and / or eligibility for additional benefits may be determined by such provider.
$18-20 hourly (USD)
