Focus & Responsibilities
- Manage 3D printing lab. Order materials, execute prints, post-processing
- Assist Project Engineers and provide feedback on assigned activities
- Execute design protocols and report on the collected data
- Support product and prototype testing using standard and specialized test equipment and lab tools
- Assemble fixtures, prototypes, machines
- Perform inspection of parts using vision system and advanced measurement systems.
Education, Experience and time Requirements
- Technical associates degree preferred with Mechanical background
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations as directed by supervisor
- Available for full-time
- 3-5 years of experience desirable

- Interest in medical device R&D or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Meticulous, Hands-on attitude
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter and innovative thinker
- Teamwork mentality
- Intermediate / advanced understanding of statistical techniques is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical skills
- Laboratory testing experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
