This role requires strong leadership, exceptional project management skills, and a thorough understanding of concrete installation and finishing.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Manage all phases of commercial / industrial concrete projects, from pre-construction to closeout.

  • Oversee project planning, material coordination, and labor scheduling.-Attend pre-construction meetings, review project plans and specifications, and coordinate with the estimator to align project goals.
  • Use project management and scheduling software accurately and consistently.-Ensure all work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with superintendents to ensure efficient and effective execution of the project scope.-Manage project financials, including billing, cost control, and budget tracking.
  • Conduct on-site coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.-Lead the change order process and collaborate with the estimator for budget adjustments.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and quality control on each job site.-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, foremen, and field teams.
  • Conduct project team meetings, safety audits, and owner / architect meetings to communicate job progress and scheduling updates.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring all necessary documentation and quality checks are completed.-Regularly travel to various job sites and manage work under pressure, including overtime, nights, and weekends when required.

Knowledge / Skills Required : -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.-Proficient in technology and project management software.-Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor and manage teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial concrete installation and finishing processes.Qualifications : -Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial / industrial concrete projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications.-Strong financial management skills with experience managing budgets, billing, and costs.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screening.-Willingness to travel and work in adverse weather conditions, as well as on nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
