What you'll be doing
as a Housekeeper :
- Provide excellent service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
- Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the property and correct them or report them to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Prepare vacant units for move-in
- Additional duties may apply
- Clean commonly used spaces including the model apartment, clubhouse, gym, office, bathrooms, mailroom, and kitchens
- Clean vacant apartments for move-ins
- Maintain a service-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and ready to work
What you must have :
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Must live within 30 minutes of property
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have dependable transportation
What's Nice to Have :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred but not required
