Technical / Functional Skills
1. 10+ years of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with at least 3 full cycle SAP MDG implementations
2. Implementation experience of SAP MDG in key domains such as Finance, Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier.
3. Experience in SAP MDG mass processing, consolidation, data quality management, and central governance.
4. Hands on experience in MDG Data Modelling, UI modelling, configuration of rule-based workflow and validation or derivation implementations is considered an advantage.
5. Understanding of SAP ETL processes
6. Hands on experience in BRF+ and ABAP Object Oriented including BADI
7. Implementation experience of integrating SAP MDG with other solutions such as SAP Ariba.
8. Knowledge of MDG cloud edition, MDG cloud-ready mode, Master Data Integration, One Domain Model
9. Experience in multiple domain-specific SAP MDG solutions (MDG-M, MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-BP, MDG-F) is considered an advantage.
10. Experience in conducting design thinking workshops
11. Communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific Enterprise master data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
12. Lead and facilitate SAP MDG requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains.
13. Lead and provide guidance to other team members to ensure overall successful delivery of customer specific solution implementations for SAP Master Data Governance.
14. Engage in the preparation, conception, realization and go-live of customer implementation projects. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, conduct project assessments, support pre-sales activities and define detailed specifications for development requirements.
15. Assist customer in designing data management strategies for their SAP on-premise and cloud environments
