Accounting & Tax Manager (39736)
Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager. This company is looking for someone who has 3+ years of tax experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow and learn.

The salary range for this position is $80-100k +bonus.
The Accounting & Tax Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main responsibility : provide outstanding personal service to small business clients.
- Maintain smooth workflow throughout the year with efficient systems.
- Supervise and review work of staff accountants on monthly compilations.
- Analyze financial statements and advise clients.
- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns.
- Assist clients with ongoing tax planning.
- Handle new client installations and back work.
- Serve as primary contact person for a section of clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Provide advisory services, including business and financial advice, and computer & software support.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The Accounting & Tax Manager will possess the following :
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the accounting profession.
- CPA preferred.
- Prior experience with preparing monthly compilations for businesses, preparing business and personal tax returns.
- Highly motivated, energetic and friendly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
