Job Title : Business Analyst Manufacturing, Construction or Materials
Location : Des Plaines, IL 60019 onsite hybrid 2 days a week Full time role
Base Salary 90k to 120K plus bonus - depending on experience
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications :
Experience as a BA with a tier 1 or 2 ERP system, such as, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft, Oracle, Plex, SAP is required
5+ years of experience in a similar Business Analysis, gathering requirements, users interface, some data analytics supporting a (manufacturing, warehouses, transportation management / procurement, quotation and invoicing processes, inventory management and ASM ( Support).
This is a solo department so this person will need to handle these issues.
Experience working with external project managers, system architects, managed support providers.
A big plus is a deep understanding of SAP S4Hana Public Cloud solutions and architecture .
Experience working with vendors.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Outstanding communication, organization skills, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Analyst : Support the user community with day-to-day SAP challenges
Support Coordination, Project Management, Overall system testing,
Documentation and Training.
Administration : manage all users access in SAP
