We are a Civil Engineering and Construction Management Firm, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge airport projects.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of aviation infrastructure and contribute to large-scale, transformative designs.
Responsibilities :
Manage and produce architectural deliverables for planning, design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance of airport facilities
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions
Develop and contribute to a wide range of project documents, including :
Planning Studies
Design Standards
Project Definition Books (PDB)
Basis of Design (BOD)
Concept, Schematic, and Design Development
Construction Documents
Technical Reports and Presentations
Assist with plan-check, permitting, bidding, and procurement support
Provide construction administration services
Engage in stakeholder outreach and presentations
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect, preferably by California Board of Architects
5+ years of experience as a licensed architect, preferably on airport projects
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and tools
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications :
AAAE, LEED, or PMP certifications
Experience with aviation-specific design challenges and regulations
