Description
Consistently produce and serve quality meals for CCC.
a. Plan, coordinate, prepare and serve CCC meals.
b. Create menu selections under the guidance of CCC leadership.
c. Order food and supplies under Supervisor direction.
d. Co- manage food and supply inventory including dishware and all cooking related equipment.
e. Maintain safety practices and quality health standards as required by the program and Tulsa City County Health Department.
2.. Provide specific service delivery to the Crisis Care Center participants.
a. Prepare meals, snacks, & sandwiches. Be available to modify orders in the event of additional needs.
b. Take daily sandwich inventory.
c. Keep CCC dry storage area organized. Keep inventory rotated. Collect all dishware.
d. Provide guidance, instruction and direction to CCC staff when preparing and serving lunch and dinner meals.
e. Work collaboratively with the CCC staff to coordinate delivery of food service.
f. Provide specific meal serving preparation instructions (heating, if applicable) during times not on-site. Ensure meals are served during absence.
g. Maintain clean CCC prep kitchen per TCCHD standards.
h. Demonstrate effective time management skills.

Active student in Cluinary Arts Program or One-year experience working in a professional commercial kitchenFood safety and sanitation
