Job Purpose :
As our Clinical Director, you'll be the cornerstone of our clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while leading and inspiring our dedicated team of professionals.
Your expertise will shape our treatment programs, guide our staff, and ultimately transform the lives of those we serve.
You will be responsible for leading a team of medical professionals to administer excellent patient care to those with behavioral conditions.
Your duties include hiring medical professionals depending on our facility’s needs, managing budgets for medical supplies and equipment, and ensuring that their facility adheres to healthcare laws and regulations.
This role requires you have experience working with patients and need to have broad management and leadership knowledge. This role will also need to be able to collect data, analyze trends, and study complex issues, you should have excellent numeracy skills and a good understanding of computer systems, spreadsheets, and data collection software.

- Timely Response : Able to collaborate with colleagues in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of care is provided to each patient.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Current, unrestricted license as a mental health professional in Florida.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Specialized certifications in mental health and substance use treatment or related areas are highly desirable.
- Experience working with an EHR such as Kipu.
