Everything we bake is from scratch. Our team of pastry and bread bakers produce Artisan breads, sandwich breads, and a wide assortment of baked goods from muffins and cookies, to layer cakes and pies.
We partner with local farms and producers when possible to bring seasonal freshness to our products and to deepen the sense of community that gathering around the table can foster.

Scaling ingredients according to BAKERY Bread Formulas Mixing Ingredients to proper incorporation and development Following proper shaping, proofing, and baking procedures for each of the Artisanal Breads produced at BAKERY by Frothy Monkey Removing loaves from Deck and Rotating Rack Ovens after ensuring proper bake and placing on cooling racks Assisting, when necessary, in slicing, packaging, and sorting all Breads for delivery to our customers Repeatedly stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs Maintain a clean, organized workspace during the Production shift, and cleaning all equipment, benches, and floors in Bread Production Area at the end of each shift Qualifications and Education Requirements At Bakery by Frothy we are dedicated to training and developing our staff.
