Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator carries out important project tasks, and coordinates with team members and clients to ensure that every aspect of a project is being addressed and managed efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Support the project team with all project tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate the logistics of both internal and external meetings
- Attend meetings and keep meeting minutes
- Organize and assemble materials for meetings
- Communicate clearly and assertively, and take constructive criticism
- Anticipate problems and find immediate solutions
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in supporting complex construction projects
- Strong attention to detail and protocols
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Travel may be required
