Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications :
- High school diploma
- LPN certification in NJ
- Serious applicants
