Pave Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join a world-class medical device manufacturing company specializing in injection molding and plastics.
This family-owned business, operating since 1921, prides itself on innovation and quality, with headquarters in Butler, WI, and additional facilities in Hudson, NH, and Largo, FL.

Our client is a renowned leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, with a rich history of excellence in silicone molding, two-material molding, plastic molding, and micro-molding.
The company is ISO 13485 certified and operates in clean room environments adhering to GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign work to production personnel, supporting production schedules and priorities.
- Provide hands-on assistance with machine setups and ensure equipment operates within specified parameters.
- Maintain shift reports, including machine counts, rejection rates, and labor reports.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained in manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and tool usage.
- Recommend procedural changes to improve quality and productivity.
- Make hire, discipline, and promotion recommendations; prepare annual performance reviews and objectives.
- Ensure departmental housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Coordinate tool repairs / modifications with tool room and engineering.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in injection molding.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong team player.
