We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Machinery Manufacturing industry.
This role is based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, 29732, United States, and involves managing collection processes, maintaining customer accounts, and utilizing a range of skills including Accounting Software Systems and CRM.
Responsibilities :
- Manage business-to-business collections efficiently to ensure timely payments
- Utilize SAP and other Accounting Software Systems for tracking and updating customer accounts
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions related to their accounts
- Utilize Accurint and ADP - Financial Services for maintaining accurate customer credit records
- Use Epic Software for processing customer credit applications
- Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Administer billing functions and claim administration as per the industry standards
- Implement collection processes and strategies to minimize outstanding account balances
- Utilize the CRM tool for managing customer relationships and improving customer service
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure all financial data is accurate.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with Accurint
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience with Epic Software
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) practices
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
- Familiarity with Billing Functions
- Proficiency in Claim Administration
- Knowledge of Collection Processes
- Experience with SAP
- Previous experience in Collections in a Machinery Manufacturing environment.
