Job Summary

The Enterprise Delivery Office owns intake and prioritization for the Bread Financial Enterprise including all mandated work requests.

These processes are used to support strategic goals and objectives of Bread Financial and ensure alignment with expectations of outside regulators.

The goal of intake and prioritization for the Senior Governance and Communication Analyst is to drive optimal timing and completion of technical solves for mandated project.

Mandated intake and prioritization provides the path to ensure adherence to expected business timing based on service level agreements established by enterprise risk.

The Senior Analyst works directly with stakeholders across the organization to successfully triage Archer intake items and ensure that the appropriate next steps are taken.

This requires advance knowledge regarding our Enterprise Delivery Office processes, Enterprise Risk Management framework, Business As Usual (BAU) processes, as well as, basic knowledge related to business analysis requirements and project management.

Essential Job Functions

Intake : Execute the management of project, program, and portfolio intake for the Bread Financial Enterprise. Execute the framework governance which includes intake, business documentation, leadership prioritization and approval and successful transition to IT for technical development.

Work directly with the partners from across the enterprise. Direct daily relationships are with the larger Enterprise Delivery Office, appropriate business stakeholders and Risk Management organization.

Prioritization : Advance requests through intake, business registry, business requirements and prioritization. Responsible for quality and clarity of requests submitted from throughout Bread Financial.

Assist in managing and facilitating the enterprise project portfolio prioritization process. Support messages of prioritization recommendations to Senior Manager and Executive based on required delivery and other key metrics.

Assist in the first line of defense for prioritization escalations.

Relationship Management : Build relationships across the business and IT organizations in order to develop credibility as a valued partner.

Set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience. Collaborate with Enterprise Delivery Office and IT partners to understand IT capacity required for delivery timing.

Educate and reinforce processes, roles, and capabilities with business partners. Provide and interpret reporting for various levels of leadership to assist in decision making, strategy alignment and visibility into potential delivery risks.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements :

Hybrid role, work in corporate office as required.

This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 3-4 days per month. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs.

This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH; Chadds Ford, PA; Plano, TX;

Draper, UT; Wilmington, DE or New York, NY.

Minimum Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years experience in project management or business analysis with a focus on risk and compliance management

Experience with Process Improvement & Quality Assurance processes, functions

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

Project Management experience

Typical Starting Range :

$97, - $177,

Full Salary Range for position :

California : $112, - $221,Colorado : $97, - $186,New York : $107, - $221,Washington : $102, - $204,

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses / domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26.

New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period).

Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off.

Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ( PSST ) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
