Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location : Fresno, CA
Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including client meetings, scheduling, cost estimates, and budgeting.
This position will require a strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, installation, and repair. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the roofing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including timeline, budget, and staffing requirements
- Supervise the installation of all commercial roofing projects
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Maintain all related paperwork and records
- Monitor project progress and adjust accordingly
- Communicate project status to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall project success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- Knowledge of materials, installation, and repair
- Previous experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
