About the role

We're seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Senior Account Executive position in our Washington, DC office. As a Senior Account Executive (SAE), you'll work closely with REQ's Client Service team to deliver top results to our clients.

The SAE is responsible for serving as the manager and key contact on REQ client accounts. The SAE will manage the campaign strategies & tactics, coordinate with all involved departments, and help drive the processes, procedures, and timelines to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and without error.

What you'll do

  • Understand our client's audiences, organization, goals, and objectives, and deliver ideas to reach those goals
  • Manage day-to-day activities on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, developing timelines, and tracking budgets
  • Collaborate successfully with the REQ team across multiple locations and divisions
  • Managing client projects efficiently & profitably
  • Oversee the client's budget and communicate with the team when possible adjustments need to be recommended or made
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities for the client based on performance and strategy recommendations
  • Identify competitor strategies to assist internal campaign teams and the overall upsell process
  • Set campaign goals and KPIs and work with internal teams to analyze key metrics and progress to goals in monthly reporting and QBRs
  • Demonstrate an understanding of analytics and gain insight from the data in order to make actionable recommendations
  • Maximize efficiency through training and process optimization

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate for the position should have a BA or BS undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ in a Client Services / Account Management role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess a great deal of initiative, energy, leadership, and curiosity while possessing a high level of professionalism and adaptability
  • Successful working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project & Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels, how they tie together, and how to build baseline strategy recommendations
  • Working experience with WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, and other web development platforms a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Ability to work in-person 2+ days per week in our Washington, DC, Las Vegas, or San Diego office
