Essential Job Duties :
Under the direction of the Department Director and / or Medical Staff, performs cardiovascular interventional and angiographic procedures utilizing specialized equipment for radiographic imaging and recording specific to Cath Lab procedures.
All cardiac and peripheral diagnostics and interventions : Carotid Stenting, AAA Grafting, IVUS, Fractional Flow Reserve, Rotablator, C TO procedures both cardiac and peripheral, IABP both scrub and circulate positions, Electrophysiology and Radiofrequency Ablations and 3D Mapping Equipment, Implants to include AIC D, Permanent Pacemakers, Loop Recorders, Distal Protection Devices, IVC Filter Placement and Retrieval, AC IST.
Ability to maintain C all Rotation within minutes of hospital response time
Qualifications
Requirements :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, and the general public.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical / clinical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- 2 years Radiologic Tech experience and one year previous experience in Cath Lab required.
- Must be at least years of age. General education level. Graduate of school of Radiology Technology.
- Must be currently registered CRT (CA radiologic technologist). Registered ARRT. CA Fluoroscopy license preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- CPI is required within days of hire.
