Responsibilities
- Manage accounts - work well and effectively with clients
- Create and deliver strong creative briefs and drive meetings
- Lead internal teams on creative development and execution
- Participate in brainstorms. And yes, all ideas are good ideas
- Craft compelling client presentations and POVs
- Collaborate with and motivate teams
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Deliver impactful results for clients
Gotta Have
- 5 - 10+ years of agency account management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Shares the agency’s passion for economic growth, environmental sustainability, community and social equity
- Ability to get up to speed quickly with client accounts
- Experience with marketing campaigns and execution of brand, digital, web, social, video, print and communication tactics
- Client advocate mindset - an instinctive client-business partner.
- Visionary and strategic - and the ability to look at the big picture while managing tactical work
- Terrific written and storytelling skills to develop and present bang-up creative briefs and compelling client presentations that drive results
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Collaborative mindset that aligns with the agency’s team-based environment
- Experience with estimates and budgets
- Natural ability to manage project deliverables by motivating teams
- Pays close attention to detail and understands time management
- Critical thinking and motivation - takes initiative, looks for opportunities, solves problems and is motivated to grow with the agency
- A desire and ability to do great work
- Ability to wear several hats
- Google Workspace, including Google Slides
