Tyler CO is currently seeking applicants for a Business Compliance Manager to assist in the successful support and coordination of the business activities for the implementation of our web-based applications and services for state and local government Business Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying and tracking Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract compliance and managing the annual PCI DSS compliance process.

This role is critical in coordinating business activities and the flow of information across the Colorado partnership to develop a strong working relationship and ensures all parties are working together on positive outcomes.

This role requires significant business analyst and reporting experience, as the manager must ensure that report deliverables are met monthly.

Being data-driven is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business-related activities to achieve program goals, tracking compliance requirements and activities, and schedules in a collaborative environment
  • Identify and analyze contract clauses that support or constrain service levels, reporting changes, process updates, and address service level defaults.
  • Create and maintain Service Level Matrix processes, including development of SLA calculations and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the annual PCI DSS compliance process for SC partners based on the associated service type, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
  • Effectively perform various roles including customer relationship management, reporting & business analysis, ensuring seamless execution of responsibilites.
  • Create business communications and notifications to foster consistent engagement and reporting with our partners.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including status reports, annual and monthly program reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, articulate, and mitigate issues and risks.
  • Deliver presentations that align team goals, progress reports, and plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Analyze and effectively report on SLA metrics e.g., services, performance, issues, and risks. This includes reviewing the complex data to confirm that reports are accurate and timely and determine if and where process improvements can be made.
  • Continuously evaluate data for potential process improvements, driving efficiency in reporting and operations.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, with a minimum of 3 years of business-related discipline or comparable experience, 10 years preferred.
  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and leading multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, and solve problems creatively.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills. Specifically, persuasive writing and presentation development and delivery skills
  • Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills to sustain all of the different areas of responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and nurture trusting relationships with customers and internal staff
  • Ability, flexibility, and desire to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven resourcefulness with the ability to conduct research to resolve complex issues
