Serve as the Finance Team's central point of contact to quarterback necessary team follow-upsTeach and guide Marketing & Communication colleagues on how to utilize operational platforms for budget tracking, time tracking, PTO, expenses, etc.
Centralize vendor management - including contract-tracking, estimate / invoice SharePoint filing, and office supplies managementProcess invoices for key, ongoing, requisitionsSupport integrated marketing plan development and executionLead paid media trafficking and change management with internal and external partnersWork cross-functionally to align content calendars across paid, owned, and earned.
Working with cross-functional team to own, consolidate, and deliver quarterly report-out documents for stakeholdersLead the team as the operational platform expert - e.
g. deep immersion into platforms, tools and capabilities with the ability to teach team members who need supportKeep up with the latest technology and trends - e.
g. Zoom, WebEx, Teams, LinkedIn and Social Media, etc.Drive SharePoint file sharing best practices and define nomenclature to improve file wayfindingHigh proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and support team member's usage (e.
g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to proactively introduce new capabilities that push the team to the next level with template development, etc.What you will need :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.Certification : N / AExperience : 1-5+ years of experience in an operations support capacity.
Experience with budget management, operational management experience
Unique or Preferred Skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExpert proficiency in virtual meeting technology platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
