We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and upbeat Field Operations Manager to keep our team moving forward!

What You'll Do :

• Lead and Inspire : You'll be the go-to person for training and leading our team of movers, making sure they’re always providing exceptional service with a smile.
• Smooth Operations : From overseeing daily moves to ensuring all quotes and timeframes are accurate, you’ll be the engine that keeps everything running like clockwork.
• Truck Commander : You’ll make sure our trucks are always in tip-top shape, properly inspected, clean, and ready to roll out.
• Quality Control Expert : You’ll ensure the highest level of service by monitoring moves, checking in with clients, and guaranteeing that every job is completed safely and efficiently.
• Office Hero : Help keep our office tidy and well-stocked, managing inventory and rotating the team on cleaning duties so everything stays sparkling.
• Customer Service Pro : You’ll be the friendly face that ensures our clients are thrilled with our service, and you’ll encourage them to leave us glowing reviews.
• Marketing Helper : During your free time, you’ll work with the team to spot cool referral marketing opportunities that help us spread the Pink Zebra love!

Additional Info :

• You’ll start at 9am on non-move days and 30 minutes before the movers on move days to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You’ll get a company phone to use for the job (we’ll keep it in the office for the first week).
• After two weeks, you’ll receive your own key to the office!
