The main objective of the position is to sell the DuPont Pioneer Encirca program and all needs associated with it. Encirca is a decision service support system that integrates nitrogen management, fertility, manure management, irrigation probes, variable rate prescriptions.
It is a powerful tool that enables farmers and their agronomic support providers to make decisions in real-time using data from various sources.

In this position you will be provided with, a cell phone (or we would pay the bill for you current cell phone you have), a tablet of choice, $200 per month towards health insurance, matching 401K up to 3%, a company vehicle, company fuel card and debit card, and a laptop.
Pay will be a set salary along with acre commission bonuses.
