We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving Business growth and ensuring smooth operations across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct Market research on on potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in developing and executing business plans and proposals.
- Maintain and partner relationship
2. Operational Support :
- Collaborate with departments to streamline processes.
- Assist with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Aid in recruitment, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
- Support other aspects of the business as needed.
Qualifications :
- 2 yrs experience in business support or operations management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
