JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately hiring for Communications Content Specialist on Remote Sitting.

As a Communications Content Specialist, you will

Communications Content Specialist is responsible for developing content to support strategic communications and thought leadership strategies to position company and the data center business division’s key priorities and offers favorably amongst influencers and customers.

This role works closely with the regional marketing strategy team and regional executive leaders. The successful candidate will work to sustain and enhance the company’s ranking and reputation through compelling writing and content.

Knowledge of the sales process, a collaborative work style and a commitment to continuous learning are critical to success.

Major responsibilities include :

• Executive LinkedIn content
• Meet with Secure Power executives and Strategic Communications Manager to discuss content topics and writing styles
• Draft posts on monthly / bi-monthly basis for Secure Power executives
• Monitor metrics and account engagement for Secure Power executives
• Update monthly Secure Power global executive social media score card
• Secure Power Blog calendar and content
• Establish and manage blog calendar for Secure Power
• Draft 1 blog per month featuring Secure Power SME
• Create social content to promote blog posts on Data Centers and for company executives and marketing team
• Interview SMEs to understand their voice and preferred subjects

Competitor Analysis

• Bi-weekly reports on competitor activity on social media, press releases, media coverage, etc.
• Monthly Media Coverage Recap
• Compile media coverage and thought leadership from all agencies into a monthly recap for Madeleine’s review
• KPI Update : Analyze number of articles, interviews, and thought leadership content to provide a snapshot of the month’s numbers per country and for overall to show how the region is tracking on annual KPIs.
• Event support as needed
• Examples : Admin materials, talk tracks, handling logistics, etc.

Duration : 12 months Temp to Hire

First shift : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Location : Remote

Pay : $45 / hr. to $48 / hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
