Salary : $95,000 - $110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

WHAT YOU'LL DO : Accounting Manager

  • Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process for multiple entities.
  • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting functions.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting support team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, state, and federal regulations.
  • Partner with billing and payroll departments to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.

    • WHAT YOU BRING : Accounting Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Proven experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff.
