We are looking to build our team and hire a Leasing Consultant to tour the property with potential residents, assist current residents and bring a happy positive energy to the community.

The Job : Our Leasing Consultants tour the community with prospective residents and support the overall property operations.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Lease and pre-lease units
- Tours of property in all weather
- Assist current residents with leases, maintenance, or questions
- Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily
- Help maintain a neat office / clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows, etc.
- Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals
- Emails, phone calls, and keeping detailed track of information.
What You Bring :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of leasing experience
- Affordable Housing Experience
- Excellent customer service skills, technologically proficient, and Self-Starter.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Valid Driver's License
- Customer service experience preferred.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Lease-up experience preferred.
- Employee can live onsite however there will not be a discount provided.
- Outgoing personality, computer capable, good communication skills both verbally and electronically.
- Bilingual is preferred.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am - pm (Saturday's may require)
