We are looking to build our team and hire a Leasing Consultant to tour the property with potential residents, assist current residents and bring a happy positive energy to the community.

The Job : Our Leasing Consultants tour the community with prospective residents and support the overall property operations.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Lease and pre-lease units
  • Tours of property in all weather
  • Assist current residents with leases, maintenance, or questions
  • Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily
  • Help maintain a neat office / clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows, etc.
  • Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals
  • Emails, phone calls, and keeping detailed track of information.

What You Bring :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of leasing experience
  • Affordable Housing Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, technologically proficient, and Self-Starter.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • LIHTC experience preferred.
  • Lease-up experience preferred.
  • Employee can live onsite however there will not be a discount provided.
  • Outgoing personality, computer capable, good communication skills both verbally and electronically.
  • Bilingual is preferred.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am - pm (Saturday's may require)
