Flooring Sales Representative

Nice and Creative is on the hunt for a charismatic and motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our team. If you're a people person with a passion for sales and have a heart to serve and help others, this is your jam.

As our Flooring Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of our fabulous flooring empire, selling top-notch products to both residential and commercial customers.

This dynamic role is a combination of prospecting (business development, "hunting"), account management, and in-home sales and the earning potential is fantastic.

Compensation :

$80,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Convert no into yes by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
