Job description :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience
- Architecture, Build standards and best practices, Design and develop complex data models that meet the business requirements and support the organization data architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models.
- Implement and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in the full data modeling lifecycle, including requirements gathering, model design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data modeling standards.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on data modeling best practices and methodologies.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and to identify data issues and discrepancies.
- Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data models.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, with a strong understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies.
Good to have experience in implementing large CRM systems and integrating data from various systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, data lakes).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their data architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
