Software Engineering Manager
Location : Denver, CO
Onsite 5 days a week.
Salary Range : $150,000 - $193,000 per year

We’re searching for a Software Engineering Manager to help lead and maintain the fast-paced momentum of our engineering team as we continue expanding into new industries.

Your key responsibilities will include :
Key Responsibilities
- Speed of Innovation : Accelerate the delivery of products and features. We already operate at an impressive pace, but this role will help us push the boundaries even further.
- Engineering Leadership : Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our team to reach new heights.
- Coaching : Develop and mentor the engineering team, challenging each member to grow.
- Production Uptime & Quality : Ensure that our systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability.
- Engineering Strategy : Own the architecture of our products, aligning with business goals and ensuring scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven success in building customer-facing enterprise products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with an ability to manage technical complexity
