Who we are looking for :
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a creative passion for Marketing, to support the Atkore Belgian facility in the positioning, promotion and sales growth of Atkore’s market leading brands including Vergokan, Unistrut and Flexicon.
If you have more than years experience in a dynamic Marketing BB environment we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate is a pro-active go-getter, with an analytic mindset and a can-do attitude. Someone that is constantly on the lookout for improvement, that is assertive, has a critical eye and can plan their work so they are able to operate autonomous despite being a team player.
Fulfilling an important role within our company, the future Marketing Officer aims at a long-term cooperation and is very ambitious to assist in the growth of our company in Europe.
What you’ll do :
- Design and execution of social media and on-line activity using Hootsuite and other Google Business Tools
- Copywriting, design and production of flyers, posters, email marketing and other collateral including brochures, infographics, newsletters, POS and video content for internal and external target audiences
- Developing relationships with and providing support to internal and external Sales teams, Customers and external Agencies, to effectively promote sales and brand awareness
- Execute go-to-market and launch plans in collaboration with Product Management
- Support planning, organizing and execution of Exhibitions and Trade Show events to maximize awareness and generate revenue growth, with analysis of post event lead generation
- Compile reports and statistics to inform business decisions and monitor Competitor activities
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
What you’ll bring :
- Creativity and strong experience of full suite of Adobe tools to produce effective Marketing collateral
- Experience of CMS (Content Management Systems) to update and manage website and online content
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of Google Business tools including Google Analytics
- Experience of working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.

- Have mastered our PIM-system in order to control the backend of our website
- Partner with your colleagues to empower cross functional effectiveness.
- Have a good understanding of our product portfolio so you can operate in a more autonomous way.
- Identify ways to strengthen customer relationships to Atkore’s core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence.
Within months, you’ll :
- You will become the single point of contact for all digital matters, always keeping the Lean principles of S at your working place in mind.
- Be able to resolve any digital issues.
- Manage and grow our on-line brand awareness and engagement with target Customers
- Create Sales demand and Lead generation for the Sales Team
- Improve the Customer Journey
- Maintain the Corporate Brand and manage Brand assets across all elements of the business
- Demonstrate Return on Investment for Marketing activity
