Key Responsibilities :
- Design, operate, and automate high throughput photonic chip packaging systems.
- Documentation and development of SoPs for the system operation and work with operators and technicians to ensure high quality and throughput of packaging.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelors or Masters in mechanical or electronics engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing custom electro-mechanical robotic setups.
- Highly proficient in Python and expertise in CAD layout software such as Solidworks, Onshape, or AutoCAD.
Preferred :
2 years of experience in the design and development of photonic packaging systems.
