We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling marketing content, a current understanding of the web development process, and a knack for rapid learning and adaptation.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling with a focus on driving brand awareness and establishing industry leadership to achieve marketing objectives and overall business goals.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital content marketing deliverables to enhance brand awareness, establish industry leadership, educate, and entertain to ensure the growth and recognition of company’s technology solutions, capabilities, and advantages.
- Craft messaging briefs for brochures, information sheets, articles, and video content, while ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audiences.
- Create detailed web briefs for website and web page development with forward thinking of SEO / SEM to enhance the customer experience, customer journey and website ecosystem.
- Utilize SEO and content marketing principles to maximize reach and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to support organic and paid media activities across web and social platforms.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to keep up to date with the latest announcements and activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, both short and long range to effectively promote brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive new business, while also focusing on building customer loyalty and market share.
- Assist in both outbound and inbound marketing / communication activities, specializing in areas such as events planning, advertising, sales enablement tools, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing, communications, and campaigns.
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills, ensuring all marketing materials are free of errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality web, digital assets, and materials that connect with the target audiences.
What You'll Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field(s) and / or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Knowledge or interest in Space Exploration, Military, Defense and Oil and Gas industries.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO / SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in writing and developing messaging briefs and web briefs.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, Google Search, etc.
- Experience with using Google Analytics to review, analyze and report on the data to better inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with the skills to use data-driven insights to inform content marketing material and strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into value, solutions, and experience benefits for target audience communication.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
