We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to partner with the Pattern PXM team. Pattern PXM is an AI-enabled software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that allows brands to seamlessly organize, manage, and syndicate all of their product information and content.
This role will be at the front lines of the PXM business, creating and capturing demand for new B2B customers across paid and organic channels.
This person will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of digital programs to support the creation and nurture of new leads and sales pipeline.
This is a full-time role in the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Marketing, Pattern PXM in our Lehi, UT office.

What is the team like?
You will work with the other members of the Pattern Marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing, Pattern PXM.
The team works alongside Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Category Marketing, Content Marketing, and Partner Marketing.
In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home.
This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions.
