A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a Public Housing sales team focused on building a strong pipeline of opportunities in the small-to-medium business segment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed net new and retention quota targets while coaching the sales team
Ensure sales representatives maintain activity metrics and a healthy pipeline in Salesforce
Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to develop growth strategies and effective campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
1-5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative B2B environment
1-3 years of sales leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to forecast accurately and develop plans to achieve quotas
Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including CRM tools
