Position Type : Part-Time / Regular Capture Management candidates to join our team!
A capture manager works in sales development on behalf of a company. Duties include proposing a lead or customer to consider and overseeing the sales team as they complete negotiations.
Qualifications often include a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field and sales experience.
The right individual must have demonstrable knowledge of results-driven leadership and strong organizational skills. They must also gain a solid working knowledge of what your company has to offer.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this job.
Experience :
Minimum Experience Requirement : At least two (2) years of experience in a business position.
- Government sales (Preferred)
- Commercial Facilities Management Sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working with government
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Minimum Educational Requirement : AS or AA degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION : An additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
Other Qualifications :
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Candidates must be clearable.
