Neulife Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mt Dora, Florida. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy programs for individuals with various disabilities or injuries.

Your goal will be to enhance their functional abilities and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the client's needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Help clients improve their motor skills, coordination, and balance through therapy sessions - Provide guidance and instruction on adaptive equipment and assistive devices - Teach clients strategies to improve their daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and eating - Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Educate clients and their families on ways to maximize independence and promote overall well-being Requirements :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy - Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Proven experience in evaluating and treating individuals with physical, cognitive, and / or mental health challenges - Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits :

Rehabilitation is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mt Dora, Florida.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical and mental abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help clients improve or regain their daily living and work skills
• Provide therapy services to clients, including teaching them how to use adaptive equipment and techniques to improve mobility and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Document client progress and update treatment plans as necessary

Requirements :

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
• State license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
