Your Responsibilities as a Construction Assistant Superintendent

Our Construction Assistant Sup erintendents have ownership of all the following : management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of their assigned construction project.

They coordinate all subcontractor work, subcontractor management, site safety, job cleanliness, subcontractor scheduling, and overall day-to-day operation of the job site.

• Obtain and maintain trust and respect of the subcontractors.
• Be able to effectively communicate with subcontractors, the superintendent, project teammates, vendors, etc.
• Become well-versed with the Look Ahead Schedule. Be able to effectively communicate needs to the subcontractors.
• Obtain and maintain safety credentials and experience and be able to recognize and correct safety issues on site. Perform and document project safety inspections multiple times per day.
• Fully understand and maintain project documents such as submittals, RFI's, and approved plans. Guarantee project details are being carried out properly.
• Create and follow through on project lists such as Incomplete Work Items, UCC Punch and Final Punch Lists.
• Be responsible for and be a leader for particular trades and finishes involved on the Project.

Here's How We Take Care of Our Construction Assistant Superintendents :

• Annual salary of $65,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus
• Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by company
• 401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%
