Position Purpose :
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services (VDS) platform.
This role will play a critical part in optimizing our identity management and Directory Services infrastructure across CORP and 2300 Store Directories, ensuring secure, efficient data federation across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Radiant Logic and a strong background in identity and access management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities :
Radiant Logic Architecture : Be an active member of the design and architecture of Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services (VDS) for seamless integration with existing IAM systems.
Responsible for the implementation of Radiant FID & ICS solutions to enhance identity data federation, directory virtualization, and access management.
Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of the Radiant Logic platform on on-prem and Kubernetes clusters.
Platform Administration : Configure and maintain Radiant Logic components including IDS, CFS, and HDAP to ensure proper functioning.
Manage identity data from multiple sources like Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services using Radiant Logic.
Implement and maintain policies, roles, and profiles in Radiant Logic VDS to ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Experience working with Kubernetes clusters or GCP.
Performance Optimization : Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of Radiant Logic infrastructure, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Implement optimization strategies for the Radiant Logic platform to handle high-volume identity and authentication requests efficiently.
Integration & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, such as SSO, Datalake, Data Warehousing, Helpdesk, security, network, and application development, to ensure smooth integration with Radiant Logic.
Lead the integration of Radiant Logic with other identity services such as SSO, MFA, and PKI solutions.
Security & Compliance : Ensure the Radiant Logic platform adheres to industry security best practices and complies with internal and external regulations (e.
g., SOX).Work closely with security teams to audit and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in the identity management ecosystem.
Incident Management & Support : Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve incidents related to Radiant Logic and associated systems.
Provide Tier 3 support for complex issues that require deep technical knowledge of the Radiant Logic infrastructure.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain detailed technical documentation related to system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on best practices for maintaining and enhancing the Radiant Logic platform.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in identity management solutions, with at least 5 years focused on Radiant Logic.
Hands-on experience with Radiantlogic VDS, including FID, ICS, HDAP, CFS & Context Builder.Strong understanding of Active Directory, Oracle LDAP, SAML, and other IAM protocols.
Experience integrating Radiant Logic with other IAM solutions such as SSO, and cloud services.Familiarity with identity federation and data virtualization concepts.
Skills : Deep expertise in Radiant Logic configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.Strong scripting skills (e.g.
PowerShell, Python) for automation and configuration.Knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and performance tuning.
Ability to lead complex projects from concept through implementation and optimization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications :
- Radiant Logic Certified Engineer (if available)
- Certifications in IAM (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager, CISSP, CISM)
- Microsoft Active Directory or related certifications
